Gail assisted her late husband Bill to establish Bristol Builders in 1987 and joined full time in 1994. Between 1987 and 1994 she owned and operated The South Bristol Grocer, a small country convenience store/gas station. Upon joining Bristol Builders as Vice President, she coordinated all administrative operations while learning the construction side of the business from Bill. Together they built Bristol Builders into a thriving, successful business. Gail oversees the general management of the business as well as public and customer relations, personnel management, and the sales and estimating area.
Gail has a B.A. from Niagara University and an M.L.S. from SUNY @ Buffalo. She lives in South Bristol with her two dogs with frequent visits from her two daughters.

Craig Potter

Craig joined Bristol Builders in 1991 after many years perfecting his skills as a carpenter, then supervisor, in the construction field. Craig has coordinated the construction of many millions of dollars worth of custom homes and additions over the years.
Craig's responsibilities include project management, estimating, on-site crew & subcontractor coordination
and liaison with clients. He lives with his family in Naples.

Tom joined Bristol Builders as a Project Supervisor
in September, 2007, but has worked for us as a self-employed
Carpenter since 2006. Tom grew up in Hilton, NY and attended
SUNY Plattsburgh for Computer Studies. His carpentry skills
led him to gravitate toward the construction industry, where
he has been employed since the early 90’s. His resume includes
working for Habitat for Humanity for several years, as well as
for Bristol Builders from 1995-2000. In the years prior to
rejoining Bristol Builders, Tom has been running his own business
as a skilled Custom Carpenter, specializing in the design & finish
of cabinetry and interior trim. He is also a highly skilled "wood turner"
who designs and produces beautiful wooden bowls, goblets, wine glasses, etc.
His work can be found on display in shops around the Naples area. Tom’s
management skills fit right in with his duties as Project Supervisor and
we are happy to have him as part of our team. Tom makes his home high
atop a hill in South Bristol, where he lives with his daughter, Logan.

Kevin, joining us in 2005, brings a wealth of
experience to Bristol Builders as the former owner of Whitman Construction, a
successful building and remodeling contractor. Kevin has successfully
executed several million dollars worth of Residential and Light Commercial construction through his construction
business, and the addition of Kevin's expertise allows us to greatly expand our capabilities and meet clients' needs faster and more efficiently.
In addition to project management and estimation, Kevin also coordinates and facilitates
project tracking and expedition. Kevin is a graduate of SUNY Alfred with a B.T. in Construction Engineering & Management and also holds an A.A.S. in Accounting. Kevin and his family live in Dansville.
